These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phh44 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
Access to phh44 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements for online gambling in the Philippines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations apply to all aspects of the phh44 platform's operation.
Each person may hold only one phh44 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances without notice.
All phh44 games use certified RNG systems and independently audited RTP values. Manipulation of outcomes is technically and contractually prohibited.
By accessing, registering on, or using the phh44 platform (available at phh44.org and its subdomains, collectively "the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies incorporated by reference herein. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and phh44 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the phh44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
phh44 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be verified. Age verification is conducted at registration via government-issued Philippine identification documents, including but not limited to the PhilSys (National ID), passport, driver's license, UMID, or PRC ID.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phh44 account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, phh44 reserves the right to close all accounts, void pending and settled wagers, and forfeit any remaining balances without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phh44 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phh44 login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify phh44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phh44 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
phh44 conducts KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. KYC verification is required before any significant withdrawal is processed. The Company may request additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing AML compliance obligations.
phh44 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other payment methods published on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 (Philippine Peso). phh44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees which are outside the Company's control.
All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard accounts and on the same calendar day for Gold and Diamond VIP tier members, subject to successful KYC verification. phh44 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or any investigation under its AML policy.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account in the same name as the registered phh44 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phh44 may charge an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive account. The Company will provide prior notice via the registered mobile number before applying inactivity fees.
phh44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback/rebate programs, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:
All games on the phh44 platform operate according to their specific game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between general Platform terms and individual game rules, the game-specific rules prevail in relation to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms govern account conduct, financial transactions, and all other non-gameplay matters.
phh44 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable games. The Company does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game irregularity, phh44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the player's account. The Company will not be liable for any winnings derived from a technical malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phh44 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Where an account is terminated for cause, phh44 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms no breach, the verified balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable period. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by applicable law.
You may close your phh44 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance net of applicable pending withdrawals and bonus rollover obligations will be returned to your registered payment method.
All content on the phh44 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game titles, and the compilation thereof — is the property of phh44 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phh44 and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if phh44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to your use of the phh44 platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phh44's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phh44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide advance notice via the Platform or to your registered mobile number. The effective date of the amended Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as provided in Section 8.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phh44's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Where the dispute concerns a regulated activity, phh44 players may also raise complaints with PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. phh44 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry or investigation.
